Please see my photo of my 2 stoke 15 HP motor.. there are stuff coming out
of the hole. Is that the water intake?? The stuff is in muddy brown/yellow
color.. is that gear oil?? Is this normal?

It's for sure not the water intake and it's not normal to be leaking
out, in my opinion. It looks like grease from your lower unit that has
water in it, but I am not familiar with a hole there. It's at the level
where lower unit grease usually is at, though.

Not good,
definitely looks like gear oil mixed in with water. When the lower unit was
last serviced did you remember to replace both the fill and vent plug
gaskets? As for its origin, is that a hole I see it coming out of?
