What part of the world are located?
Presuming, since this is Canadian news group, you are somewhere in Canada
...................... ?
Due to the negligence and weak approach of our central government to US
soft-wood tariffs and permittuing over fishing and bilge oil pollution off
our three coasts the hard pressed logging communities out west in BC or some
of the almost abandoned fishing communities of Newfoundland and other parts
of Atlantic Canada could provide good opportunities to buy not only a shed
but a whole house! We could probably throw in a wharf, a boat or two and
maybe a few chainsaws and log haulers!

PS. There was something advertised on New World Island recently. Drive here
and have look.
